1. Quality Assurance Policy

We take pride in delivering the highest quality print products to our clients. To ensure quality, we follow these standards:

All projects undergo a strict quality control process, including proofing and inspection before production.

Clients are encouraged to review proofs and provide approval before final printing. Any errors after client approval will not be the responsibility of Omcar Printers.

If the final product does not meet the agreed specifications, Omcar Printers will offer reprints or other suitable solutions.

2. Pricing & Payment Policy

Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 10 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

Payment Terms: We require a 50% deposit before initiating the printing process, and the remaining balance is due upon delivery or completion of the project.

Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, and other mutually agreed methods.

Taxes: All prices quoted are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

3. Turnaround & Delivery Policy

Turnaround Time: Standard turnaround time is between 3-10 working days, depending on the complexity and volume of the project. Rush orders may be accommodated with prior arrangements.

Delivery: We provide delivery services within Surat and surrounding areas. Clients are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Omcar Printers will not be liable for any delays caused by incorrect information.

Shipping: For clients outside the delivery zone, we can arrange shipping through reliable carriers. Shipping costs are borne by the client unless otherwise specified.

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation: Orders may be canceled within 1 hours of confirmation without any penalties. After this period, cancellations will incur costs based on work completed (including materials and labor).

Refunds: Refunds are only provided in cases where there are significant errors or defects in the final product that cannot be resolved by reprinting. Omcar Printers reserves the right to assess the situation before issuing any refunds.

5. Reprint & Correction Policy

If there are any errors or defects in the final product caused by Omcar Printers, we will offer a reprint at no extra charge.

Errors that are present in client-provided designs, files, or artwork will not qualify for reprints unless they are corrected and approved by the client prior to production.

Minor color variations due to printing processes are considered normal and do not qualify for reprints.

6. Intellectual Property Policy

Clients are responsible for ensuring that all content, images, and artwork provided for printing are original or licensed for use. Omcar Printers will not be held liable for any copyright infringements.

All designs, layouts, and print files created by Omcar Printers remain the intellectual property of the company unless otherwise agreed upon. Clients may use them only for the intended purpose unless written permission is granted.

7. Environmental Policy

Omcar Printers is committed to reducing our environmental impact by:

Using eco-friendly inks and sustainable paper options when possible.

Implementing waste reduction strategies and recycling unused materials.

Encouraging clients to consider green printing options for their projects.

8. Confidentiality Policy

Omcar Printers respects the confidentiality of client data and information. Any artwork, designs, or print files shared with us will not be used or disclosed to third parties without the client's consent, except where required by law.

9. Customer Service Policy

We prioritize open and transparent communication with our clients. Our customer service team is available during business hours to address inquiries, provide updates, and assist with any issues.

Clients are encouraged to provide feedback to help us continually improve our services.

10. Dispute Resolution Policy

In the unlikely event of a dispute, Omcar Printers will first attempt to resolve the matter directly with the client. If a resolution cannot be reached, both parties agree to pursue arbitration before taking legal action.
